"Restore Past Purchases" ISNT Working!!

Please fix ASAP!! Ive bought this game for a few years already and deleted it then when I cam back to it, it wont allow me to restore my purchases!!! I bought the full closet!!! Please fix Asap! Im really disappoint in this :(.
