Buggy and wont restore purchases

Crashes a lot. Purchased in app collection and had to reinstall the app. Lost the purchases. Had to call Mattel to get a walk through to reinstall but the button to click on wont work. Have tried multiple things. Very disappointed and will be calling back to Mattel for further service.
