RIPOFF!! Cannot restore in app purchases

I had to back up and restore my daughters iPad. When selecting the Restore Purchases button nothing happens. Cannot even purchase new style packs because it says I already have them, yet the items remain locked. No options for contacting any customer support from the app.
11/2015-still no ability to restore past purchases. This app is a ripoff!
